I turn complicated work into files people understand and use.

My journey

  1. Studying

    I studied microbiology and chose quality management. Between lectures I was already training in factories.

  2. On the production line

    My first job was quality control in a factory. I learned that a rule only works when the person doing the job understands it.

  3. Building quality systems

    I built quality systems and checked them against ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO/IEC 17025 and HACCP. I learned to turn a thick standard into simple documents.

  4. Training people

    I trained managers and workers. One clear picture explained more than ten pages, so I started designing.

  5. Learning to design and build

    Presentations, Word, Excel, and then code. I built this website myself.

  6. Full-time freelancer

    Today I work with clients around the world in English, Arabic, German and Spanish. I do every file myself.
